Might try this, not sure about the DEV C++ compiler but if it is standard it shouldn't matter.

Reply:I don't know of any free ebooks that is based around the Dev C++ compiler. However any C++ ebook should work since it is a compiler for the regular syntex of C++. Try tutorials or ask in a development forum like http://www.christiancoders.com
Reply:Hi, Just download and install limewire or kazaa software. From there you can download any ebook you want. I use it and it works.
